Jamie McCann
Mr. McCann graduated from San Diego State University in 1981 with a BS in Civil Engineering. He has been actively involved in the San Diego commercial development of assets of more than 3.5 million square feet valued in excess of $1BB. His experience encompasses all aspects of development, from acquisition through planning, design, financing, construction, leasing and ultimately disposition. Most recently, Mr. McCann developed the 172-acre / 2 Million SF Escondido Research and Technology Center (ERTC) business park.
James P. McCann
Mr. McCann graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a BA in Economics. He obtained his MA in Business from Leeds Beckett University while playing basketball professionally in the British Basketball League. James has been actively involved in the development of Class A medical office buildings and residential custom homes. In addition, he spent 2.5 years underwriting and originating bridge and construction loans for West Bay Capital, a Los Angeles based debt fund.
